Not From Concentrate (NFC) Concord Grape Juice is a dark purple, highly flavorful grape juice. It is produced from mature, unfermented Eastern US (Lake Erie Concord Grape Belt) Concord Grapes (Vitus Labrusca) by pressing into juice, then clarifying, and detartrating. No water, other grapes, grape juices, sugars, or sulfites have been added.

NFC Concord Grape Juice has been processed in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strictly sanitary conditions that meet the requirements of the U.S Food and Drug Administration (21 CFR Parts 110 - GMP and 120 - HACCP) and New York State Dept. of Agriculture and Markets. It is the product of USA.

Standard packaging is sealed bulk truck tankers. Juice is also available in a reconditioned open top metal drum with a Brammall seal. Each drum is lined with two food grade polyethylene liners each tied with a self-locking cable ties. Drums are filled to 50.0 gallons (weight varies with actual Brix).
Shelf Life and Storage:
NFC grape juice should be processed within two weeks of receipt when stored at 30-40F. Shelf life may be extended by pasteurization.

45 Brix Concord Grape Puree Concentrate is a dark purple, pulpy, very viscous, highly flavorful grape puree concentrate. It is produced from mature, unfermented Eastern US (Lake Erie Concord Grape Belt) Concord Grapes (Vitus Labrusca) by removing stems/ seeds/ other large particulates, then pulping the flesh and skins through a screen, and evaporating. Essence has been returned. No other grapes, grape juices, sugars, or sulfites have been added. It does not contain any genetically modified organisms or any major allergens. 45 Brix Concord Grape Puree Concentrate has been processed in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strictly sanitary conditions that meet the requirements of the U.S Food and Drug Administration (21 CFR Parts 110 - GMP and 120 - HACCP) and New York State Dept. of Agriculture and Markets. Drums are filled to 50.0 gallons (501 lb net). Puree concentrate is also available by request before the September harvest in 5 gallon pails.
Shelf Life and Storage:
The shelf life at <0 degrees F is two years, limited by good stock rotation practices. Grape puree concentrates may develop some sugar and/or tartrate crystallization over long storage periods.

Concord Blend Grape Juice Concentrate is a purple/ red, flavorful grape juice concentrate standardized to Brix, acid, color, and flavor. It is produced from mature, unfermented Eastern US (Lake Erie Concord Grape Belt) Concord Grapes (Vitus Labrusca) by pressing into juice, then clarifying, detartrating, evaporating and returning essence. It is standardized by blending with other red and/ or white grape concentrates, which may be domestic or import origin, depending on customer requirements. No sugars, acids, or sweeteners have been added.
