Services for Pressing Fruits, Filtering, Concentrating, and Packaging Juices Growers Co-op

Growers’ Co-op applies the same care when processing your fruit as we do when processing our own. The plant complies with FDA, HACCP, GMP and FSMA regulations for the production of fruit juice and is SQF certified. We can provide kosher certification for the juice if requested, and we are NOFA-NY certified to process organic fruit.

Pressing Services
Growers’ Co-op specializes in turning fruit into juice and juice concentrate. Our extensive capacity and capability in equipment for fruit pressing, juice processing and refrigerated storage is available for processing other fruits for our customers, especially outside our peak grape processing season (September/October). We can process your wild or cultivated blueberries, cranberries, apples, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, or other fruits. This fruit can be in either fresh or frozen form. We can also purchase fruits on your behalf.

Filtration, Pasteurization, & Concentration Services
If your fruit is already in juice form, Growers’ Co-op provides contract filtration, pasteurization, concentration and packaging services to your specifications. Distressed product can be reworked. Examples of raw juice processing include cranberry juice from SDC production, apple juice filtering/concentrating, grape juice concentrating, and infusion syrup concentrating.

Growers’ Co-op’s minimum run size is one full truck load of fruit. Growers can process at a rate of up to 20 loads per day of fruit or raw juice outside our grape peak season (September/October). For trial runs of your fruit in quantities of 10,000 pounds or more, Contact Us.
