Shelf Life and Storage
Concentrate: The shelf life at 30-45F is one year. Grape concentrates may display minor sugar crystallization over long storage periods at storage temperatures below 45 degrees. Frozen storage (<0F/ < -18C) will have more crystallization but extend shelf life to more than three years, limited only by good stock rotation practices.

Juice: Juice should be bottled or fermented within a week of receipt, or pasteurized/ frozen for longer term storage.
